Today I want to share some tips on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
First of all, how well you know about health ?
- Do yo smoke ?
- Do you have a healthy weight ? ( BMI of 18-25 )
- Do you eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables ?
- Do you exercise 30 minutes or more in a weeks ?
So here some tips for you :
Eat healthy meals
- Follow the pyramid foods and avoid unhealthy food such as fast food and junk food.

Exercise at least three times a week
- Jogging, cycling, playing badminton and many more

Get enough sleep
- You must have at least 6-8 hours sleeping time for adults

Quit smoking
- Smoker must quit from smoking because it is bad for our health

Maintain a healthy weight
- Determine your body mass index. If you are overweight, it can lead to chronic disease.

Control emotional
I hope all of it can help us to maintain our healthy lifestyle.
