SUPPLEMENT AND SKINCARE PRODUCT

Assalamualaikum.

Today I want to share about the supplement and skincare product that most of woman nowadays like to consume. They want to become a beautiful woman without thinking about the advantages and disadvantages of the product.

Besides, the supplement and skincare product are very good in helping people to get a beautiful skins and healthy body, if we as a consumers make a wrong decision in choosing the product, it can give harm to us.

I have read a news about a woman died because she was too obsess in consuming the supplement. We can take a lesson from the news to become aware about this product.

It is not wrong for us to consume anything, but please make sure that we have survey before we consume the product to find the advantage and disadvantages. For me, if we try a skincare or supplement and it suitable with us, just continue use it and do not change the product frequently.

We must think wisely before make a decision to use other product. As we know, most of the people especially women will get bad effects because the product are not suitable with their skins So, I suggest that, we must beware of supplement and skincare product that been sell and meet the doctor to get some advice if the products give harm to us.

HOW TO BE A GOOD LEADER

Assalamualaikum and hi.

Here I want to share the leadership in business environment because I am a business student.

1) Be a good role model.

Okay, first of all if we want to earn respect, it is important to show that we know about our stuff. People will respect us if they know we are knowledgeable in our field. As a leader, make sure that we act professionally and the most important thing is the way we communicate with our employees. If we respect others, they will respect us too.

2) Be clear of your goals and expectation

As a leader, make sure we have a good plan before we work on it. A good planning will get a good result. So, with the good planning, our worker can do their task and understand what they need to do. Have a code of conduct which shows employees how to act. The employees will be more motivated and not confused while doing their job. Most important thing here, we cannot easily change our instruction in the middle of the project. If we change our mind easily then our employees may not take it seroiusly.

3) Get some opinion from others

There's a lot of thing we can learn from our employees. Sometimes, they also have a good idea. So, do not feel shy to ask their opinion. If we give instruction on something, ask for feedback or set up a guideline so that our worker will not get confuse.

4) Reward employees for good behavior

To be a good leader, we need to maintain high team morale, and motivate our employees to achieve the goals. The easiest thing is to reward them. They might enjoying working and can avoid depress. For example, have a monthly dinner to celebrate after a completed goals. This is the fun way to bond with colleagues.

CHONG WEI WINS HONG KONG OPEN 2015

Assalamualaikum and hi :)

 I watched my favorite athlete playing badminton at a restaurant while hanging out with my family. We already known that Lee Chong Wei continue playing badminton after break for a while because of his problem. 

I am so excited watching Chong Wei playing again even though he is not on the top of the ranking, But i see that he was struggle against Cheng Long after he unable to win at China Open last time.

Everyone at the restaurant also excited when it he wins against Cheng Long at quater final. Even though he on the rank number 6, he play well and overcome China's Tian Houwei.

I hope Chong Wei can makes all Malaysians happy with his comeback after got to break for a long time and he can get back his best ranking of the world.

HOW TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

Assalamualaikum.

Today I want to share some tips on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

First of all, how well you know about health ?


  • Do yo smoke ?
  • Do you have a healthy weight ? ( BMI of 18-25 )
  • Do you eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables ?
  • Do you exercise 30 minutes or more in a weeks ?
So here some tips for you :

Eat healthy meals
  • Follow the pyramid foods and avoid unhealthy food such as fast food and junk food.

Exercise at least three times a week
  • Jogging, cycling, playing badminton and many more


Get enough sleep
  • You must have at least 6-8 hours sleeping time for adults 


Quit smoking
  • Smoker must quit from smoking because it is bad for our health



Maintain a healthy weight
  • Determine your body mass index. If you are overweight, it can lead to chronic disease.








Control emotional
  •  Taking care of your mental health is important. Do not put yourself in depression

DISCOURAGING VAPING

I read this article from News Strait Times ( 12 November 2015 )




Lately, vaping has been in the news especially after the increase in cigarette prices. Of concern is the presence of nicotine in vapes. Nicotine is a controlled substance and controlled medicine.


In medical line, nicotine containing preparation has only one ' indication' which means something that has been proven for medical condition or health problem.


The indication stated that, for every nicotine- containing product is ' to aid in smoking cessation'. In other words, to help smokers quit.


Besides, nicotine is only should be available through health professionals. At high dosage, nicotine is a poison that causes paralysis of the lungs. Some people used nicotine in chewing gum for smoking cessation experienced sore mouth as a side effect. That is why a pharmacist or health practitioner would advise a patient to chew the gum on both sides of the jaw to minimize discomfort.


Amount of nicotine that is absorbed into the body differs when the mode of consumption differs, even though the amount of nicotine in the vape cartridge is the same as that in a cigarette stick.

FLOOD IN KEDAH

Assalamualaikum and hi :)

The latest issue is the flood after the haze has been disappeared about three weeks ago. The flood situation in Baling district has worsened with 285 individuals from 69 families. They move to nine relief centres this morning.

Baling Welfare Department said, among the worst affected areas are Kampung Padang Lalang, Kampung Weng, Kampung Baru Siong, Tanjung Pari, Banggol Derum and many more. The department also provided various assistance to the victims in evacuation centres including food and drinks.

HAZE AND HEALTH

Assalamualaikum.

Malaysia is once again angulfed by haze, with more and more areas seeing worsening Air Pollution Index ( API ) readings.

Schools nationwide been forced to close  and the haze also affects productivity levels at the office. 

All seems know about the effect of haze. 

1- How does haze affect our health ?

  • Eye irritation, watering eye
  • Running nose,
  • Dry throat
  • Headache, dizziness
  • Decrease lung function, depressed respiratory immune defense
  • Chest pain
2- How does haze affect vulnerable groups ?

Babies
  • especially newborn are at higher risk
  • haze might irritate the baby's nose even the baby have good health
  • haze might penetrate deep into the baby's lungs
The elderly
  • lung will be weaker
  • might experience serious sneezing and coughing

Beware of haze. Take a good care of yourself :)
